We are certain that you will be happy with our products. If that rare occasion arises where you feel that you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within seven (7) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s).
Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you, excluding shipping/insurance costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed. We must receive returned merchandise within seven (7) days of the date from which you contacted us regarding the return.
We take extra precautions when we prepare Virtuoso Premium Polish and Cleaner for shipping in order to prevent damage and leakage.
If your order is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and despite our efforts your order does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
As soon as USPS contacts us regarding your damage claim, we will reship your order at no additional charge to you. For more information about the claim policy as offered by The United States Postal Service, please visit them at www.usps.com or this link for their claim policy:
If an order was shipped via Federal Express and it arrived damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can contact Federal Express for further instruction. Please be advised that Federal Express offer more information about their claims service on their web site (www.fedex.com). For your convenience, we have created a link directly to their claims page so that you can view the details about the claim.
In the event that your order was shipped via UPS and arrived damaged, we will be happy to assist you with your claim. For your convenience, we have listed a link directly to UPS’s web site (www.ups.com) as well as the link to the claims page:
